Utilizing modern methods in classical styles is one of the most exiciting things for me about using digital media in my art. Using digital photography in collage by manipulating images both literally and one's expectations of those constituent parts presents a powerful message. Amalgamating past and present and the ability to manipulate composition are my favorite aspects of the physical act of photo collage.
